COMMENTS
SUMMARYThe seal/sea lion (?) is badly decomposed. It's about 3ft long. (The walking stick in the photos is approx. 3ft long.) I poked around the head but could not determine if it had ears. It's about 1/4 mile S. of Otter Point, near an isolated rock that is near the high tide line.
