NOTABLE WILDLIFE Saw Ring Billed & Western Gulls; one Caspian Tern in flight, with shell food in it mouth; one Osprey and one Balk Eagle in flight, as well as one Douyble Crested Cormorant. DEAD BIRDS STRANDED FISH & INVERTS DRIFTLINE Ocean-based debris There was very little driftline debris, and only a small amount of litter NEW DEVELOPMENT MODIFICATIONS Dune Modification A little temporary dune buildup around logs and driftwood from recent SW winds. NATURAL CHANGES COMMENTS SUMMARY We packed off only about two pounds of plastics - bottles & caps primarily, in garbage. Beachside State campground was full to capacity.
